In 2014, we bought land close to town in New Canaan, CT.  Finding the right builder was our next challenge & decided to interview three builders.  We searched the web and found a few that we liked, one stood out; Bluewater Home Builders.    Their website is a resume of their work and their success.  Upon meeting Darren Andreoli and Bob Sprouls and seeing current projects in work, our decision was done.

Bluewater was highly engaged, yet very relaxed.  They made sure we understood this is “our project” and that we are the customer.  Our Project included a partnership with the architect, daily dealings with the superintendent, having our own project coordinator and design specialist, and getting to know many sub-contractors by name.  They all wanted to know exactly what we wanted. We brought our dream to Bluewater and they brought it to life.

When we finished and the last truck drove away, I said to Darren, “let’s do it again!”   And, to be honest Darren & Bob never really leave, they’ve been back a couple of times in the last year and a half, & do call from time to time to check-in.

When we made the decision to buy our home we were excited, yet nervous.
